Blessings as we welcome the New Moon in Virgo.

Virgo is a Yin Earth sign, often pictured as the maiden holding wheat. She shows us that our dreams, just like a garden, flourish through care and devotion.

This New Moon is a perfect time to clear some space in your home and within, and ask yourself what’s worthy of your time and energy. What seeds are you planting in this cycle? 🌱

Ruled by Mercury, Virgo asks us to bring a little more discernment and devotion to our intentions, so what we wish to manifest can be nurtured as it grows under the Moon’s waxing light.

Virgo’s Yin nature also reminds us to honour our own inner Yin, to slow down enough to trust our intuition and be compassionate with ourselves along the way.

Whether you’re welcoming the vibrancy of Spring here in the Southern Hemisphere, or turning inward as autumn settles in the North, give yourself some space to listen to your inner guidance and embrace the season you’re in ❣️

During our menstruating years, each bleed is a chance to reflect, release and renew. Just like the seasons, our cycle has its own rhythm of letting go and making space for what’s next.

Most of us were never taught to meet our cycle in this way. We learned to push through, carry on and keep moving, without taking time to listen to what our body was asking of us.

There’s so much our menstrual years can teach us, from listening to our bodies and honouring our changing needs, to letting go of what’s run its course instead of holding onto it.

Month after month, year after year, we practice release and renewal, becoming familiar with the cycles of endings and beginnings that move through our lives. Then, when our bleeding comes to an end, we enter a new season, carrying the wisdom and lessons of our menstrual years with us as we move towards menopause.

This is when our Wise Woman begins to rise. She’s lived enough to know that life moves in cycles. She’s seen what lies beneath the veil, and she trusts the wisdom gathered along the way. She’s walked through her own darkness and come to know herself more deeply, and no longer needs to prove herself to anyone.

Menopause is one of the most profound rites of passage we’ll ever walk through. It asks us to release old identities and let go of what no longer aligns, to honour the woman we’ve been and make space for the Wise Woman we’re becoming. Our cycles have been preparing us for the initiation of menopause all along ❣️

Each time we bleed, we’re given an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and listen… to soften our focus on the outer world and turn our awareness inward.

Bleeding is a natural time of release, of shedding what’s complete and no longer needs to be carried. When we allow ourselves to rest and be present, our feminine chalice begins to flower open, creating space for healing, replenishment, and renewal.

This part of our cycle holds deep wisdom. We can see what’s working for us or draining us, and where we may be giving more than we truly have. We can reflect on what’s happening in our lives and how we’re truly showing up for ourselves.

When we honour our moontime, we give ourselves space to listen to our bodies, notice what we’re carrying, and know when it’s time to let go ❣️

Did you know your womb has a natural capacity for movement?

She’s held within the pelvic bowl by a network of ligaments, fascia and connective tissue that support her position while allowing her to move naturally within the pelvis.

Her position can be influenced by pregnancy and birth, changes within the pelvic tissues, the menstrual cycle, posture and the structures that hold her in place. Tension and patterns of holding in the surrounding tissues can sometimes affect how she sits within the pelvis, which can lead to discomfort in the lower abdomen, pelvic bowl and lower back.

Our womb is more than a physical organ. She’s the centre of our creative energy, a place of deep instinct, feeling and primordial wisdom.

Womb Hara Massage works physically, energetically and emotionally, gently releasing tension and patterns of holding to support the womb into greater balance, encouraging circulation, clearing stagnation and restoring the flow of Chi.

When we create more space and ease around the womb, we can begin to feel more space and ease within ourselves.

We have two spaces remaining for each of our upcoming Ireland and Canadian trainings.

Kilkenny, Ireland | Sept 26–30
Bowen Island, BC, Canada | October 2–7

If you’re interested and would like more information or to register, DM us your email and we’ll send you all the details ❣️

Full Moon blessings as we welcome this powerful Blood Moon rising in dreamy Pisces.

We’re also experiencing a partial lunar eclipse, amplifying the fertile, mystical waters of Pisces and inviting deep reflection and renewal. Our feelings may be heightened during this time, so it’s wise to sit with them for a while before taking action. As we do, we can find emotional clarity around what’s shifting within us and begin to let go of what we’ve outgrown.

We’re moving through profound shifts in our biology and consciousness, and this eclipse asks us to listen deeply to what’s changing within us. What new state of being is birthing through you? What are you ready to let go of so you can move forward with greater clarity and integrity?

Lunar eclipses can feel more personal, bringing us to points of release and revealing what’s ready to change. During this eclipse, truths we’ve kept hidden may finally emerge into the light. Our sensitivity can awaken deeper empathy and compassion, reminding us of our connection and oneness with all living beings and encouraging us to meet ourselves and one another with presence, understanding and love.

Pisces, the ethereal water sign, opens portals into our intuitive depths and reminds us to flow with the tides of our emotions, embracing the art of surrender and change. Just as the Moon’s gravitational dance affects the tides, so too does it move the currents of our inner seas.

When we meet this time with integrity and a willingness to be of service to others, we open ourselves to a deeper sense of empowerment. Be fluid like water, surrender to the flow and let go into love ❣️

Our bodies, and our relationship to them, change throughout our lives.

Womb Hara Massage meets a woman through the many seasons and rites of passage of her life.

At menarche, as she meets her first blood and begins to understand her cycle and her changing body.

Through her menstruating years, as she navigates her sexuality, fertility, pregnancy, birth, loss, motherhood, hormonal changes and all that life brings.

After birth, when so much of her body, identity and energy has been devoted to nurturing and sustaining new life, she may need time and space to come back into herself and honour her initiatory journey.

Through perimenopause, when changing hormones bring shifts in her body, cycle, energy and emotions, and old patterns and ways of being can come to the surface.

And through menopause and into the years that follow, when the womb is no longer centred around reproduction, she may discover a deeper relationship with her body, sexuality, power and inner wisdom.

Womb Hara Massage is about listening to where each woman is as she moves through these thresholds.

Every woman comes with her own story, history and relationship with her womb. Our hands listen first and meet her where she is. 🌹

Eclipse season is here, with a New Moon Solar Eclipse rising in the fiery sign of Leo, opening a powerful threshold of new beginnings, initiations, and unexpected turning points.

Eclipses can speed things up, reveal what’s been hidden, and show us where change is needed, calling us back towards our soul’s path.

As we enter the darkness of the New Moon, take a moment to turn inward and notice what’s unfolding in your inner world.

This New Moon Solar Eclipse asks us to shed the patterns of performance, the need for external validation, and the masks we’ve outgrown, creating space for our truest expression to emerge.

Leo reminds us that true leadership arises from the courage to stand in our truth and express the essence of who we are.

There’s also plenty happening in the night sky, with the Perseid meteor shower reaching its peak and several planets appearing together. In the deep velvety darkness of tonight, it’s the perfect time to lay on the Earth beneath the stars and watch the shooting stars light up the sky.

May this New Moon open a doorway into deeper remembrance of who you are and all you’re here to become ❣️

The journey of Womb Awakening takes us into the innermost depths of our being, guiding us through the gateways of feminine consciousness and into the lunar world governed by the cerebellum, the hindbrain, where the ancient records of our lineage are held.

Within these inner landscapes live the shadow aspects we’ve inherited through our bloodlines, but also the gifts, wisdom, resilience, and love that have been carried through generations.

Never underestimate the gift you offer your ancestors, both those who walked before you and the generations to come. Every layer of healing, moment of forgiveness, and story transformed becomes part of a new legacy.
