On this auspicious day, we also welcome women from around the world into day one of our Womb Awakening Facilitator Retreat here in Bali. The timing feels so beautiful, gathering in ceremony as the earth herself reaches this sacred turning point.

Here in the Southern Hemisphere, the land rests in the sacred womb of winter, into the longest night and the shortest day. Everything is turning inward now, inviting us to slow down and come back to the still point within.

As nature withdraws into rest and renewal, we’re also invited to explore our inner terrain, to soften, listen, and dream into what’s beginning to form. In this sacred darkness, there is wisdom… we listen to our intuition, remember what is true, and plant the seeds for the new cycle to come.

In the Northern Hemisphere, it’s the height of summer. Everything is thriving and blooming, held in the fullness of the sun. There’s warmth, expansion, and outward expression in every direction. Yang energy is at its most potent, with the longest day and shortest night.

The Solstice is a reminder of connection and celebration, a moment to deepen our relationship with Mother Earth, to honour the balance of light and darkness, and to stay present with the constant shifting and changing of all things.

Blessings as the New Moon rises in Gemini.

This air sign carries the energy of curiosity, connection, and communication. It’s the part of us that asks questions, wants to understand more deeply, and longs to share what’s moving through us.

With this New Moon, there’s an invitation to come back to our breath and slow the mind enough to actually hear what’s sitting underneath all the noise.

You may feel new ideas arriving quickly, or old thoughts beginning to shift. Give yourself space with it, nothing needs to be figured out all at once.

This is a beautiful time for writing, speaking, and journaling… or feeling into the stories you’re telling yourself, and whether they still feel true.

Gemini reminds us that there’s always more than one way of seeing things. Sometimes a small shift in perspective can open an entirely new pathway.

So as this new cycle begins, remain open to the insights and messages that may reveal themselves.

Together, we’ll walk the path of the ancient womb priestesses, deepening into the feminine arts through an immersive journey of healing, embodiment, ritual, and remembrance ✨

Through embodied practices, sacred tools, and initiatory feminine mystery teachings, we will return to our bodies as vessels of deep knowing, ready to carry these teachings back to our communities and guide others through their own unfolding.

Blessings under the Full Moon in Sagittarius✨

This moon feels spacious, like something slowly coming back to life in places that have felt tight or stagnant.

Sagittarius carries the energy of the seeker, the part of us that longs for truth, meaning, and understanding through lived experience.

This Full Moon brings things into view. You might notice what’s been sitting beneath the surface becoming clearer, or what you’re ready to let go of.

Take a moment to return to your body and soften into your breath. The lunar cycle mirrors our inner world, and just like the Moon, we move through phases of expansion, contraction, release, and renewal.

The Moon reflects things back to us, and this one can show us where we’ve outgrown old ways of holding ourselves, and where something new is ready to open.

Sagittarius invites movement and growth. It asks us to soften where things have tightened, and stay open to what’s unfolding.

When women come together in sisterhood, with openness, presence, and reverence for one another, the armour we’ve been carrying begins to soften and melt away.

Within a safe, sacred, and supportive space, women are able to share their truth, be witnessed in their fullness, and reconnect with parts of themselves that have been hidden, silenced, or forgotten.

There is medicine in being truly seen by other women.

Experiencing this depth of trust and connection with other women deeply nourishes the soul and helps unburden us from the heaviness we’ve been carrying within.

Our vulnerability, our tears of joy and pain, flow like sacred waters. All is welcome and honoured within the temple space. So much begins to unravel when we no longer have to hold it alone.

Learning to embody our soft power is at the heart of the work we teach at The Institute Of Feminine Arts. It’s the living expression of love in action.

Each year, alongside our 9 Moon Womb Awakening Apprenticeship, we gather in person for a week-long residential Facilitators Retreat on the tropical island of Bali.

Held within the breathtaking beauty of an oceanfront resort, this immersive training takes each woman on a powerful journey of healing, embodiment, and inner transformation.

Each sister is supported through her own unfolding while being fully trained and certified as a Womb Awakening Facilitator, so she can step out and hold her own circles, workshops, and retreats within her community.
