The past meets the present! 🏆
On Wednesday night, the Flinders Rugby community gathered for our "Huddle" event to celebrate a massive 2026 season, capped off by our current First XV team winning and smashing their way into the semi-finals!
The energy was unmatched, especially with some serious Flinders royalty in the room. We were thrilled to welcome back 2006 Premiership players Darcy Brown, Justin Langford, Mitch Brown, Ashley Lambert, and Haydn Perugini, alongside their legendary winning coach, Craig Richardson!
The legacy continues.

It was wonderful to welcome back David Williams (Class of 2000) for National Reconciliation Week 2026.

Last week’s teacher forfeits event proved that some things never change. Our teachers were absolute saints for taking it on the chin (and the nose, and the forehead...) for a good cause!
We dug into the archives and found these gems from 1996 showing that we've been whipping up this exact same chaos for decades.
Were you there in '96 to witness this? Drop a comment and tell us if the pies tasted better back then!

While our current Year 5 cohort is busy making memories (and probably losing at least one sock) at camp this week, we couldn't help but feel a little nostalgic. There’s something about that first big school trip, the "gourmet" camp food, and the thrill of staying up way past lights out that just sticks with you forever. Take a look through these archives! Spot any familiar faces?

From Gallery Visitor to Award-Winning Artist! 🎨
We are incredibly proud to celebrate Old Flinderian Isabella Adair-Ferris (Class of 2025), who recently received the prestigious Creative Generation Award at QAGOMA, Brisbane. 👏
Isabella’s winning piece, "Future in Two Frames," represents a beautiful full-circle moment. Inspired by her childhood visits to GOMA, Isabella now finds her own work gracing the walls of the same gallery that first sparked her imagination. 🖼️
In her artist's statement Isabella shared that those early gallery visits encouraged her to explore her own creativity and wants her art to inspire others.
Isabella is continuing her creative journey beyond Flinders at Griffith University, where she is studying a degree in animation. 🎬
Today is an extra special day to celebrate this achievement as it’s World Creativity Day. Well done, Isabella! 👏
