Are you over 50 and feel like there should be more to your life, your life is slipping by and you're stumbling along trying to keep up?

Maybe you feel stuck; stuck in your daily habits, your thoughts, your perception of yourself and how you should live your life.

Stumbling Towards Death
If you're 50 or older get-the-f**k out of the typical "age paradigm"; its preparing you for death not life.

*STOP conforming to ridiculous rules and expectations of what you *should and should'nt do.
* how you should live
* how you should behave
* how you should dress

All this is based on a number thats given way more power than it deserves.
I laugh when i drive past signed estates that shout "over 50's lifestyle living"! From where i stand life in a retirement village at 50 is just stumbling towards death.

And no this is not about 'acting young'. Its about living your potential, passion and possibilities without ageist thinking or judgement.
Its about;
* making decisions
* creating habits
* taking action
* following a path that aligns with your values and purpose.

Its NOT based on your chronological age.

Of course there's a biological component to aging, and we can't live forever, but anyone thinks aging is only about a date on a calender, doesn't understand aging.

I always get a buzz out of teaching the king of ALL exercises- the DEADLIFT to EVERYONE i train. Men, women, boys and girls of all ages (10-80yrs old)
Here is 14 yr old Mackenzie Bath in her first proper deadlifting session pulling 60kg x 3
