Great trip out to .vegas to experience the latest innovations and tech firsthand. The crew has been busy! I can't say much, but this setup is legit — it’s built to change lives for the better. Huge respect to for bringing his pipedream into reality.

Packed house at our first franchise demo! 4 years of grinding to turn an idea into something real, with patent-pending tech that’s going to flip the script on this industry. Our focus on actual human biology and long-term health outcomes has built the foundation we need moving forward.
To my Functional Patterns community: I’m all in on this path we’re on. Done with Instagram 💩 and now I’m hunting for new ways to maximize mechanotransductive output. Sharp focus, zero social media noise, that’s how we put where it belongs: leading this space. The creative potential without getting sucked into these apps is insane.
Shout out to the very first location and HQ .vegas 🔥 this place is so dope and is serving the local population here in Las Vegas with the best training on the planet. We will be expanding in the commonwealth area first, then to the rest of the world.
Stay tuned for updates coming on

Not completely sure of the artist’s original intention for this piece, but I find it to cleanly portray what being cued through a corrective that addresses your dysfunctions feels like.
If your body is stuck in a rounded, slumped position, you likely feel like you’re standing upright even when you’re not. When you go to stand upright with proper joint stacking, you’ll likely feel off balance or silly.
Correcting posture, gait, and other biomechanical elements will often feel uncomfortable and imbalanced (even when you’re actually in a more balanced state) since your body is so used to the way it holds itself and operates now.
It’s incredibly valuable to have someone who knows what good posture and good positioning looks like. And that’s just the first piece. Having someone who is able to get you into a good posture is equally as important, and oftentimes, where the real complexities arise.
If you want to achieve a relaxed resting posture that is confident and upright, find a practitioner near you. Many of us take online clients as well.

WHAT IS 'PROGRESSION'?
Post from
"In life there is a thing called 'progression' - a process of continued improvement, starting from a basic level, breaking into a moderate level and then onto an advanced level.
We all understand this, especially if you’ve ever been in a situation where you haven’t built skill in an area and had to go head to head against someone who did have skills in that area. It’s called getting ahead of yourself, and it seems that a lot of people seeking to attain physical health are ignorant to this concept.
If a 10 year old child decided he or she wanted to become president of the US, would you vote for them? Likely not, because you understand that child had no life experience that would make them a great leader. The child has steps to take before it can begin to understand the intricacies of human life and learn how to lead people.
The same goes with addressing your physical health. Humans evolved to stand, walk, run and throw as their primary functions.
What we are simply saying is that if your posture is not optimal, you can’t walk/run without having pains in your knees, hip and back or throw without pain in your elbow or shoulder, then you should probably reconsider skipping ahead to loading up your spine with weight and squatting. You may be causing more problems than you think if you go down this path.
The idea here is not to skip steps with your health. At FP we focus on putting one foot in front of the other. We help humans build solid foundations with their structures which gives them the opportunity for greater variability in their movement down the track. Don’t get ahead of yourself."

**SCOLIOSIS OPTIMIZATION WITH FP**
Posted from .piestany
"This is our progress with Simona (26yo) who was diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis in childhood.
We started to work together after her pregnancy which left her with intensive pains and discomforts in her hip and lumbar regions on a daily basis.
Before video April 2021:
- poor intraabdominal pressure
- excessive lordosis
- extremely unstable lumbo-pelvic complex
- protrusion of thoracic spine
- scapular winging
- forward head
After video January 2022:
- increased intraabdominal pressure
- more neutral spine (lateral view)
- stable scapular position
- T-spine is less protruded
- head is more alligned with thorso
- more reactive lumbo-pelvic complex
Before/After photo:
On the right picture you can clearly see de-rotation of her thoracic spine/ribcage against her convexed side - so now there is more balance (even volume) between the left and right side of her ribcage.
We’ve been training once a week mostly for 1 hour (sometimes twice a week). Her pains are mostly gone, of course there are some minor discomforts every now and then but for the most parts she is pain-free on a daily basis. Now she can enjoy playing around with her son without thinking of pain again.
