Tuesday was unfortunately washed out 🌧️, so the Wednesday crew took the reins this week!

A huge effort from Chris, taking out the $10 Cardio Star voucher and making a move on the overall ladder — jumping into 3rd place and overtaking Bianca! 🔥👏

Liv is also on the move, climbing into 7th place — and an extra big Happy 18th Birthday, Liv! 🥳🎂🎾

🎾 HOME PLAY – WEEK 5 CHALLENGE! 🎾

This week, we’re working on making your two-handed backhand stronger by learning to use your non-dominant hand effectively! 💪

Start by placing your non-dominant hand at the top of the racquet in your backhand grip — then see how you go with these 3 challenges:

🎾 Challenge 1: How many tap downs can you get in a row?
⬆️ Challenge 2: How many tap ups can you get in a row?
🔥 Challenge 3: How many non-dominant hand shots can you rally in a row against a wall or with a partner?

Practice at home, challenge yourself to beat your score, and comment your best results below — I’d love to hear how you go! 🙌

🏆🎾 CURRIMUNDI CUP UPDATE! 🎾🏆

Consistency is key! 🔑 And with that, Chris takes the lead, tallying up an impressive 23 games so far this season! 👏🔥

Great session this week, team! This is what the Currimundi Cup is all about, great weather, good vibes and plenty of fun, social tennis. ☀️🎾

The leaderboard is starting to take shape, but there’s still plenty of tennis to be played! Every game counts, so keep showing up, keep competing and keep adding to that tally. 💪

This week’s Home Play Challenge is all about building confidence with your forehand.

🟢 Level 1

🔢 How many tap downs can you get in a row?

🔵 Level 2

🎾 How many forehands can you rally in a row?
Grab a partner or use a wall!

Challenge Rules:
✅ Forehands only
✅ One bounce between each shot

While you’re playing, remember our forehand checkpoints:
🤝 Frying Pan Grip
🐶 Pat the Puppy – create a low-to-high swing path
⌚ Listen to Your Watch – finish your follow-through
