We are excited to welcome your children to our Winter Vacation Care program at Buderim OSHC! Please read the important information below to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable holiday period.
π Bookings
β’ Bookings are now split into 2 rooms only:
* Vacation Care (PrepβYear 2)
* Vacation Care (Year 3βYear 6)
β’ All bookings (service days, incursions & excursions) must be made in the correct year-level room via OWNA.
β’ Incorrect room bookings may be cancelled.
β’ If a day is full, please click the π bell icon in OWNA to join the waitlist notifications.
β’ Staff are unable to make bookings on behalf of families.
π Cancellations & Absences
β’ 1 weekβs notice is required for cancellations to avoid charges.
β’ Please mark absences via the OWNA app as soon as possible.
π Food & Drink
β’ Morning tea and afternoon tea are provided daily.
β’ Children must bring:
* A packed lunch (preferably nut-free)
* A water bottle
π Clothing & Sun Safety
Please ensure children bring/wear:
β’ Enclosed shoes
β’ A wide-brim hat
β’ Sun-safe clothing
β’ Spare clothes (recommended)
We provide SPF 50+ sunscreen every 2 hours. If your child requires alternative sunscreen, please provide it to staff.
π Personal Devices
Children are not permitted to bring personal technology devices, including smart watches with messaging or camera functions.
π Excursions & Incursions
β’ Children must attend their allocated excursion group (Junior/Senior) and cannot remain at the service instead.
β’ Excursion permission forms must be completed in OWNA at the time of booking (Menu β Forms if needed).
π CCS & Statements
β’ Statements/invoices can be viewed in OWNA under Menu β Statements/Invoices.
β’ If your child has not attended for 13+ weeks, please check your CCS is still active.

AUTUMN 2026 VACATION PROGRAM OUT NOW! πβοΈ
Check out the program to see the fantastic array of activities, incursions and excursions in store at Buderim OSHC these Easter school holidays, including a visit to Aussie World and Inflatable World, an Easter party, a Bricks for Kids incursion, and more!
Hereβs what you need to know about the program and how to get your kids into the action:
ππΌ Bookings & Enrolments: To enrol, please visit our website (www.buderimoshc.org) to complete the digital enrolment form. To create bookings, please do so via the OWNA app.
ππΌ Cancellations & Absences: 1 weeks' notice is required for the cancellation of days (without charge).
ππΌ Food & Drink: The service will provide a light morning tea and afternoon tea, but children are required to bring a packed lunch (preferably nut free due to allergies within the service).
ππΌ Clothing: Children are required to wear sun safe clothing; no singlets and midriff tops to be worn. Children are also to wear enclosed shoes while at the service and on excursions.
ππΌ Finances and Childcare Subsidy (CCS): All financial information (including statements) is accessed via the OWNA app.
ππΌ Excursions: If your child is booked on an excursion day, they must attend the excursion as we do not offer an alternative program at the service. A completed permission form is compulsory prior to attending any excursion.
