Yesterday I had the pleasure of facilitating my session as part of Comlink Australia Management Leadership Development Day. It’s obvious to see that they are maintaining their commitment to their teams development and supporting their culture of growth and personal leadership in this way. It is always a privilege to see a team outside of their comfort zone and the growth is always multi directional.

Congrats to Jetts Australia and Elaine Jobson and her amazing team. Creating and maintaining a culture like this happens by design.
