What started as an idea at a commercial gym..
âhow can I create a more affordable way for women to experience personalised coaching?â
âŚhas now grown into one of my favourite parts of my business đŠľ
I wanted to create something that sat between a standard gym class and 1:1 PT. A space where women could receive real coaching, individual support and genuine touch points throughout every session.
A space where:â¨Women rehabbing injuries feel supportedâ¨Beginners feel comfortable learning the gymâ¨Experienced lifters still feel challengedâ¨And every woman feels seen, capable and confident
Since moving into a private gym, so many of my original girls followed me and weâve also welcomed some new faces into the group. This training is built with more than just a workout in mind - with movement quality, education and long term progression at the forefront.
SG PT Times:â¨Tuesday 5:15amâ¨Wednesday 5:15pmâ¨Thursday 5:15pm
You can attend 1, 2 or all 3 sessions each week. I currently have 3 spots remaining before all groups are full.

Needed to jump on this trend because honestly some of these are TOO real.
All jokes aside:â¨âď¸ Stick to a program long enough to actually progressâ¨âď¸ Progressive overload mattersâ¨âď¸ Rehab needs proper loading + progressionâ¨âď¸ Good technique & competency builds confidenceâ¨âď¸ Investing in coaching can save you a lot of frustration (and injuries)
