MY TEAMMMM 🤝

One of my favourite things about coaching is that no two clients look the same.
Some are training for races, some are building strength, some are returning from injury, and others are simply wanting to feel more confident in the gym.

Different goals. Different starting points.
Same focus: consistent progress.

My small group ladies. ✨
Just missing x

What started as an idea at a commercial gym..
“how can I create a more affordable way for women to experience personalised coaching?”
…has now grown into one of my favourite parts of my business 🩵

I wanted to create something that sat between a standard gym class and 1:1 PT. A space where women could receive real coaching, individual support and genuine touch points throughout every session.

A space where:
Women rehabbing injuries feel supported
Beginners feel comfortable learning the gym
Experienced lifters still feel challenged
And every woman feels seen, capable and confident

Since moving into a private gym, so many of my original girls followed me and we’ve also welcomed some new faces into the group. This training is built with more than just a workout in mind - with movement quality, education and long term progression at the forefront.

SG PT Times:
Tuesday 5:15am
Wednesday 5:15pm
Thursday 5:15pm
You can attend 1, 2 or all 3 sessions each week. I currently have 3 spots remaining before all groups are full.

Needed to jump on this trend because honestly some of these are TOO real.

All jokes aside:
✔️ Stick to a program long enough to actually progress
✔️ Progressive overload matters
✔️ Rehab needs proper loading + progression
✔️ Good technique & competency builds confidence
✔️ Investing in coaching can save you a lot of frustration (and injuries)

Your body usually adapts to what you consistently expose it to 🤝
