This is a massive opportunity not only for us at HPPC, but for players across Australia who are serious about their football development and want exposure to a professional UK football environment through Fleetwood Town FC.

Having the opportunity to help players connect into a professional coaching philosophy, while providing honest feedback, mentorship, and individual development plans, is something I’m extremely passionate about. My experiences within both the UK and Australian game have helped shape my understanding of what players need to succeed, I’m excited to now bring that into this role.

What makes this even more exciting is the pathway and opportunities available for players — from high-level training environments — higher education to international tours, residential programs, and opportunities to showcase themselves against strong opposition and professional standards.

I’m grateful to Mick Horsfall and everybody at Fleetwood Town International Football Academy for their trust and belief in what we are building here in Australia. We’ve worked hard behind the scenes to create something honest & transparent for young footballers, and this is only the beginning.
