My answer is always the same.

Begin with connection.

Connection to your body.
Connection to your blood.

Your lived experience is shaped by the rhythm of your cycle. When you’re connected, the body makes sense. The patterns, the needs, the shifts, they’re stop being something you need to change or fix, but something to listen to, to work with.

What I see most when working with women is disconnection.

A deep separation from the body, learned over time, throughout all areas of our lives. And when that connection is restored, when the body becomes a place we return to rather than override, something profound changes.

When we reconnect to the sacredness of our blood, the place of creation, release - of death and rebirth we begin to come home to ourselves.

Only from this place of connection can we move with real power, peace, and sovereignty.
