IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE RESULTS I GET WITH MY CLIENTS.

The reason I went viral?

Because a past client of mine was on this years season of Married at First Sight and showed Australia the embodiment of Shadow Work and healing.

She has amassed a lot of following and influence the last 12 weeks with people talking about how grounded she is, etc.

And on top of that, she is one of the VERY rare participants who actually found a husband.

What did she want to do with that influence???

Talk about the work I do.

Not because I asked.. but because it changed her life so much and was the reason she could hold her own in a pressure cooker situation.

Now, this client, she did my 4 day retreat.

1 retreat.

2 years ago.

And her life was fundamentally changed to the point she is posting about my business and recommending me to her audience on her own accord.

I have never done this work for virality, status or money.

I have always focused on “how do I help my clients in a way that is SO deep, it changes them fundamentally for the better, for the rest of their life?”

I got into this to change lives, not make money.

And truthfully - I see the coaching industry as a bit fkd these days, because there’s so much focus on “how to make money?” and how to “market” and “sell” …. MORE than focusing on “how do I change my clients lives and be the BEST coach I can be?”

The point of this post isn’t to brag (trust me I’ve done a lot of it to my friends lol), but it really landed for me just how many coaches are fkng around with their client results - tip toeing going deep, sitting in self doubt, or not even having the skill set to do what needs to be done, and its not only shooting your clients in the foot - it’s shooting your business in the foot.

Because you can talk about your work all day, you can market and sell.. but there is NO more important voice than your client talking about your work because it speaks far more than you could.

So, ask yourself — are those the results you’re actually getting?
Are you getting them with CERTAINTY?
Are you getting them in a way you can replicate over and over?

When I started out I had big dreams of running retreats and doing deep transformational work because it had changed my life so much.

I’ve met a lot of people in leadership positions over my lifetime.. but when I think of a leader who fully embodies the qualities of compassion, equality, fairness and all things we NEED people in leadership positions to embody…

There’s no one quite like my mum.

She was in the 3% of FEMALE surgeons when she started her career which went on to save over 30,000 children’s lives.

She became one of the first women to ever be appointed to a leadership position within the college of surgeons.

And went on to create huge within the health departments that she was in charge of that prioritised patient care over anything else.

On top of that, she was an incredible mother who loved me unconditionally, taught me how to be the leader I am today with such a focus on the people I help.

She’s also had 70 years of experience.. so, she might know a thing or two 😉

I also chose her because I believe she is the chain breaker of my family and without her *unconsciously* doing shadow work throughout her life - I wouldn’t be who I am.

And lastly, I chose her because I want my students to know the power of leadership in career and life, because the ripple effect you will have throughout your life when you choose compassion, equality and fairness is almost unfathomable when you’re just at the beginning.

FOCUS on doing ONE thing each day. Because the accumulation of one thing a day over a lifetime is ENORMOUS.

And for all the mums (or future mums) who worry about choosing their careers WHILE being mums… from my perspective, as long as you choose from your heart and show up FULLY for both when you’re there, then your happiness and fulfillment is the greatest gift to your kids

(Although there might be a tough moment in the teen years, but promise we come good if you’re consistent 🤞)
