I was sitting with a beautiful new mumma and witnessing her all the depths of the emotional rollercoaster that is postpartum and felt WOW how important it is for us to even just be witnessed in those potent important rites of passage.

Imagine what that would feel like if in your first 40 days you were truly held, physically & emotionally, with tenderness and compassion.

I really do wish more women set up their support in postpartum in pregnancy so they already have their village they can call upon.

I also wish more women knew that no matter where you birth you still have the option to have private midwifery care at home.

I offer postnatal home visit on the Sunshine Coast & Gympie region or via zoom
