CLASSES STARTING SOON FOR THE MUSICAL:
OLIVER, WITH A TWIST!!
Do you have your own little Oliver, Bet or Nancy... maybe even a Bill Sykes hiding out at home... Do your kids love acting, music and performing? Are they your very own pick-a- pocket sized comedian... Or maybe they are someone who needs to build a bit of confidence and make new friendships.... Im sure whoever they are they would just love to be in an adapted witty take on an old classic "Oliver, with a twist"
Classes to take place In Caloundra over two terms in line with the QLD school terms 2 & 3.
Mondays 4pm-5:30pm (Drama & MT)
Thursday 4pm - 5:30 (Dance Troupe)
Term 1 Monday 15th April - Friday 21sr July 2024
Term 2 Monday 8th July - Friday 13th Septemeber 2024

Do you have children who love to act, sing, dance and perform??? Come join us at Treading the boards and learn new skills, unlock confidence you didn't know they had , make a bunch of new friends and perform in a live stage show...
Children can choose to do dance drama and musical theatre or just drama & musical theatre.
Lessons take place on Mondays (Drama) and Thursdays (Dance) classes run for 2 hours 15 mins. Location : Caloundra.
School grades 5-9 (other ages may be accepted upon request including younger siblings
We will be putting together a performance of "Oliver... with a twist". Classes start in March 2024 and go all the way through to August which will be followed by performance month. Performances will take place at Caloundra Event Centre in September.
No experience is necessary a willingness to put the effort in, learn and try your best! Those with experience will lead the way and guide their peers
Children will develop theatre skills (acting, improvisation, dance & singing) as well as life skills such as communication, focus, confidence , public speaking, & creative problem solving.
