🌈 Our counters are the perfect resource to support your pre-kindy to Year 6 child in all their tactile mathematical learning needs.

🌴These counters make one to one correspondence counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division fun for all ages.

✨ They glide across tables and counter tops, making them easy to use for little fingers.

✏️ 30 counters per pack.

Let me break some numbers down for you real quick. These are just estimates for therapies and specialist that I have personally used in the last year and a half.

✨Occupational Therapy – with a qualified therapist
$145 for 30mins + $97 initial consult fee + $290 per hour for assessment report + $350 for 1 hour assessment.
TOTAL = $3,117 per term

✨Speech Therapy – with a qualified therapist
$145 for 30mins + $97 initial consult fee + $290 per hour for assessment report + $450-$700 per hour for actual assessment.
TOTAL = $3,317 per term

✨Speech Therapy – with a student teacher, being overlooked by a qualified therapist.
$350 for a weekly program + $90 for 25 min one-on-one session + $450 for an end of term assessment (not sure who this was written by).
TOTAL = $1,880 per term

✨SELT Collective Full Potential Primary Tutoring
Sessions completed with a qualified, experienced teacher
$130 for a one on one session / $75 for small group session 1:4. 55min session.
TOTAL = $1,300 / $750 per term
($130 for full term report- at parents request, not compulsory)

When I decided to open up a studio, I did my research on the local tuition groups, and I encourage you to do the same.

✨Group sessions are being conducted in groups of 8+ (still a small group, although could your little one still fly under the radar?

✨The craziest thing was WHO was actually running the session. The personalised program for your child was being written by someone that hadn’t even met your child and then it was being implemented by a medical student, a vet nurse and student teacher studying P.E. These are all great professions and I wish them well.

HOWEVER, you need to know…
❌What classroom experience do they have? None.
❌How many reports have they written? None.
❌How many programs have they personally written to cater for a particular student? None.
❌How many families have they worked with to work out the best strategies for your child? None.
❌The program that was written was taken off an assessment by someone that hadn’t even met the student.
