And there's not one person on earth that is allowed to disrespect or hurt anyone.

I'm sick to death of hearing BS like, that's just how she/he is, she/ he has been through a lot, she/he didn't mean to hurt you, maybe you are too sensitive, maybe you just took it the wrong way, just be the bigger person. BS BS BS on steroids!

As an adult you are responsible for every word you say! Every action!

And we aren't putting up with the she/he did what they had to do BS. Lol not only is that a total cop-out but you are being manipulated! You are being coerced into supporting abuse!

Stand the F up!
Sometimes you have to stand up! Speak up! Fight for what's right!
And that's uncomfortable!
Good! It means you are a human being! And life isn't a walk it the park.
It's gritty it's painful. And it's made 💯 worse by narcissists!!!

If you don't start supporting abuse victims who even are you?
Seriously?
Who are you?
Do you stand for anything?
Do you feel anything?
Do you even have a heart?
Are you human?

If not, move far far away from me.
We are not the same.
We do what we can with what we know. But then we do better with what we've learnt. That is how we build trust. How we grow respect.
This is integrity.

This is a life worth living.

If everyone went out tomorrow and stood up to bad behaviour, just imagine how different life would be.?

How much better the world would become.

This is in all our hands.

Narcissists have transactional relationships.

You tow the line.
Put them first.
Ignore their bad behaviour.
Keep their secrets.
Play their games.
Don't speak up.
Ignore your own needs.
Lie for them.
Don't point out their abuse.

You can stay around!

But what you aren't in, is a healthy relationship!

And over years of you enabling this terrible behaviour will cost you dearly.

With your health.

High blood pressure.
Autoimmune diseases.
Anxiety and depression.
Eating disorders.
Skin conditions.
Ear infections.
Dental issues.
Heart problems.
Hair loss.

Etc Etc Etc.

Disease is Dis ease.

We are products of our environments.

We become what we allow.

Our relationships are crucial to our health.

Peace is crucial to health.

You can eat organic. Wheat grass. Spirulina. Etc. All you like but it will do nothing if you live a lie. And entertain narcissists in your life. Nothing.
Your nervous system knows you are living a lie. And liars don't heal!

LIARS DON'T HEAL.

There is help! There is healing!
You can feel health.
You can feel authenticity.
You can feel peace.

People that don't understand narcissism.
No life experience yet. Or are narcissists.

Think survivors are negative, dramatic, exaggerating. Oh let me tell after 10 years working in abuse recovery. Survivors of narcissistic abuse are the most beautiful positive intelligent people you'll ever have the luck to meet!

Everyone loves them. Or did.
Before their life was systematically destroyed by a predator!

They are the strongest people on the planet. And just because they are helping others survive. Talking about their experiences is not negative it's trying to live. It's being honest. It's not our entire life!
I've helped hundreds of people over the last decade. And talk about it for less than 1 hour a day! Sometimes more sometimes days go by and I never talk about it.
I'm living life! I'm loving my family, pets and friends! I'm at the beach! I'm dancing! I'm watching movies. I'm being creative. I'm cracking jokes. I'm making delicious food! I'm loving my life to the fullest! Everyone that knows me knows I'm extremely positive. Extremely supportive. Extremely fun! Extremely trusting.

And that my lovelies attracts narcissists!

Narcissists are attracted to people they admire. Then over time because they can't compete or they have bled you dry financially they begin the discard phase.

They need new supply. They want more money. They want new flesh. They want you broken. Because they are jealous of you. Your energy. Your spirit. You heart.
Narcissists can fake it. But can't feel it.
So the betrayal begins...

Most of my clients were suicidal.
Many have attempted.
And thankfully failed.
This is no joke.

Anyone with a shred of empathy can feel the pain of others. Especially understand betrayal.
We watch the news and feel hurt by death and destruction.

Narcissists don't. They see it as part of life. Only the strong survive. And can't put themselves in others shoes. They are cold. Arrogant. Scheming. Malicious and vindictive. They see a goal and like a shark they'll take down anyone that stands in their way.
This isn't strength. This is weakness. Intelligent people know love and care is real strength. And there's enough for everyone.

But hold on. It's a bad time not a bad life.
Narcissists love to ruin special occasions!
Don't let them!
They enjoy pain. And seeing people suffer.
This is not healthy normal behaviour!
They are sick.

Rise above!
Be strong and focus on people you can trust. Even if it's just you atm.

Go and help others.
Find peace.
Life can turn around real quick!

Stay positive.
Sending lots of love.

2026 is just around the corner!
And it's a beginning year!
End all toxic relationships now.

Start fresh. Start with wisdom and knowledge. You got this!

Narcissists don't think like us.
They plough through life like sharks, hunting, using, hurting good people. Narcissists are parasites. Predators. And they actually enjoy hurting people. They are sick. Delusional. Greedy. Corrupt. Selfish. Cruel. Steal. Betray. Financially abuse. Bully. And are extremely vindictive.
They think they are above the law!

And if you want healthy relationships you must understand narcissism. Healthy relationships. This is the one thing that will change your entire life for the better.

Our relationships are everything.
Our friendships.
Our working environment.
Our partner.
Our family.

Peace and love is a humans natural state.

The drama and pain Narcissists cause is extreme. They ruin lives. They cause depression. Anxiety. And several health conditions. Stress kills.
In extreme cases they drive people to su***de.

Education is vital.

The health system is buckling under the weight of the impact of their behaviour.

Healthy people don't hurt others.
