We are all the sum of the stories we tell ourselves. Our brains are a catalogue of the past.
If you want to create a new change, you cannot expect it to come from old thinking.
Most people hold on to negative emotions from their past and carry them into the future. As a result old patterns repeat, old outcomes still prevail and the future is predictable.

A man was walking along the beach one day and noticed a little girl throwing starfish back into the sea.
He went up to the little girl and said,' Why are you throwing the starfish back into the sea? The beach is littered with them, so you can't possibly make a difference.'
The little girl looked up at the man and said, 'It makes a difference to that one.'
We can all make a difference. You just have to choose too.

Most people live life on the effect side. Life happens to them. They are reactive. The have all the reasons why they cannot, did not or will not.
Living at cause means that we take ownership of our outcomes. We are proactive, we focus on results, we look for solutions.

Most people wait for a negative external event to happen in order to have this realisation. Most people let life happen to them. They are a product of their environment.

Well what’s it to be? 🤔What’s it going to take for you to regain control?
Unfortunately for many, it can take a significant emotional event to occur before they decide to create change.
It doesn’t have to be that way. Start with a simple question; What do I want? If whatever you are doing currently is not moving you toward that then maybe it’s is time for change.
