What a morning 🤍
A bit of an emotional rollercoaster.
Drop-off looked different today… out of routine, a little messy, a lot of feelings.
Just doing my best to meet each of my kids where they’re at, while remembering I matter in that too.
Coffee #2 before 9am ☕️ (rare for me 😅)
Running late for the gym… but I still showed up.
No perfect mindset.
No ideal routine.
Just working with what I had — and still managed some PBs.
This is your reminder that wellness doesn’t have to look perfect to be powerful.
