To most people that know me now, they know me as a happy, positive and confident person. Today I am these things and I most definitely love my life and myself unconditionally.

It hasn’t always been this way. It would surprise them to know I have been in some very dark places in my life.
I used to think it was normal to have my day filled with hateful thoughts. With thoughts of being ugly, useless, and undeserving.

The crazy thing is that I thought this was normal and I had nothing in my life that lead me to believe these thoughts... yet they were still there...

I thought that with age we outgrew these thoughts and feelings.

It scares me to realise though that many people no mater what age are still living with this negative impact of their thoughts. I work with people on a daily basis that are constantly being bombarded with mental health issues and hear from people of all different ages that from the outiside appear to have their lives together.

I’ve come out the other side of this stronger and more determined. It is now my passion and my unwavering belief that it is my purpose in life to help as many people as I can to work through these negative self limiting beliefs.

So many people come to me wanting to change the external features of themselves but working with their internal beliefs I’ve found has the biggest impact on how they see themselves and the positive decisions they make going forward that have the biggest impact on living an amazing life.
