Over 90% of fear is made up in your head.
And right now, I’m feeling a LOT of it.
I’m taking a big leap in my business.
One of the biggest I’ve taken.
And I’m scared.
There’s uncertainty.
There are things I can’t predict.
There are outcomes I can’t control.
There are moments where my brain is throwing every possible “what if” at me.
In the past, I would have given that fear a completely different meaning.
Maybe this isn’t aligned.
Maybe this is a sign.
Maybe the universe is trying to tell me something.
Maybe I should wait.
Maybe I shouldn’t do it.
And that would have been enough for me to pull back.
I know better now.
My brain can’t always tell the difference between a real threat and a threat I’ve created in my head.
And there is no real danger here.
I’m not unsafe.
I’m uncertain.
There’s a BIG difference.
The fear isn’t here because I’m making the wrong decision.
The fear is here because I’m doing something I haven’t done before.
Something bigger than what feels familiar.
Something that requires me to become the woman who can hold what comes next.
Something that has the potential to make a real impact.
And of course that feels scary.
Fear doesn’t disappear when you become confident.
You become better at recognising it.
You stop automatically believing every story it tells you.
You stop treating discomfort as a stop sign.
You stop waiting to feel completely certain before you move.
Because sometimes the next chapter of your life starts with your brain screaming:
**“WHAT THE HELL ARE WE DOING?”**
And you doing it anyway.
I’m scared.
I’m doing it anyway.
Because this time, I know the difference between danger and growth.
What would you do next if you stopped treating fear like a stop sign?
