Tonight Sarah will be taking her last Zumba class at 6pm, before taking a break from instructing indefinitely. (Secretly hoping she will return next year 🤞)

Healthworks Social Drinks Night is on TONIGHT from 6pm @ THE CALAMVALE HOTEL (not Runcorn).

It's not too late to get a ticket from reception $10 which covers finger food/pizza.
