Our OVER 3s weekly theme is: 🚒 Emergency Services 🚒

This week, our sessions with children over 3 years old discover all the useful ways our emergency services ⛑️ help in our community. Through song, we engage with firefighters 👩‍🚒, ambulance officers 🚑, SES volunteers 🦺 and police officers 👮‍♀️during our visit around the city.
The Emergency Services Rap 🚨 is so helpful in helping us to understand what to do and who to call in case of an emergency. We sing about what we may do if we were police officers 🚔, and how we can interact with the people around us, strengthening the connections we have to our community.

Our UNDER 3s weekly theme is: ☀️ Seasons ❄️

This week, our sessions with children under 3 years old discuss our favourite season ⛄, reminding ourselves of what happens in each one. We share our own stories with our friends during different times of year 📅. We go to the beach 🏖️ in Summer and make lots of sandcastles 🪏. In Autumn, we imitate all the leaves 🍁 that turn red and fly around in the wind 🌬️, by twirling ourselves around! We see our environment get all cold and wet in Winter 🌧️, but then everything starts to grow again in Spring 🌸 and we see a beautiful rainbow as the cycle begins again 🌈.

Our weekly theme is: 🤔 Simon Says 🤔

This week, our sessions revolve around the game of “Simon Says” 🤷‍♀️ and demonstrates some ways reciprocal rights and responsibilities are necessary for active community. This helps children gradually learn to ‘read’ 🧐 the behaviours of others and respond appropriately in a playful way that promotes company, friendship and fun 💝. We sing Head and Shoulders, Knees and Toes, Open Shut them as we discover and explore differences and connections between people 🤞
