Iโm standing for the AMEB (NSW) board as a private music teacher representative.
If you are an AMEB (NSW) teacher, I would be very grateful if you would consider voting for me. Teachers may vote for three candidates, and I hope you might include me in your vote.
I am particularly passionate about advocating for the needs of neurodivergent students in music education.
AMEB (NSW) has sent voting information by email. Voting closes Sunday 15 March 2026.

Keeping the connections alive! ๐๏ฟฝIโm helping to maintain the creativity and community we music teachers built at the ASME Conference 2025.
In Brisbane, keynote speaker Pamela Bernard invited us to construct this artwork together โ a symbol of our connection across disciplines, music, ideas, and humanity.
Iโve been lucky to hold this symbolic piece for the past four months here in Sydney, and Iโm now happily passing the baton on, hoping it continues travelling around the country all the way to the next conference in 2027.
Iโm proudly neurodivergent, and so grateful to be part of the music teacher network here in Sydney, across NSW, and around the country. ๐งถโจ
As ASME National President Rachel Dwyer says: โthis is what ASME provides โ a reason to connect, a tie, an invisible length of yarn that joins usโฆโ
