Photos of students can only be published by the Summer Hill Public School P&C page administrators, and this will only occur if the correct Department of Education permission to publish forms have been completed by the student’s parent or guardian. For privacy and protection, tagging photos of children is not permitted. Please do not name children in your comments, unless the previously mentioned permissions are sought. On rare occasions and with parental permission, students may be named by the P&C's Facebook administration team. Tagging of parents or friends within the comment box is permitted with the understanding that all other rules of engagement are followed. Comments

Thank you....

🥳to all of the fabulous parents and teachers who came along, dressed up and trivia-ed, bid on auction items, caught up with friends and murdered the dance floor.

📋to the many, many amazing business in our community who were so forthcoming with donating such generous prizes for fundraising - and well done to everyone who won a prize or grabbed a bargain in the auction.

❤️to the incredible group of parents who organised such an enjoyable social and fundraising event - you make it all seem so easy, but without your consistent hard work we wouldn't have events like this. The school community is endlessly grateful for your efforts!

Our most anticipated event of the year - our Trivia Night - is tomorrow night!

The fundraising team have been hard at work putting together some amazing packages for the Live Auction.

Here's a sneak peak of the items you can bid on at the event:
👩‍🏫 ‘Principal for a Day’ & ‘Librarian for a day’ - Your child can make awesome Primary school memories by going behind the scenes and taking on the schools biggest jobs for a day. Kindly donated by Summer Hill Public School.

Love living in your home, but thinking of renovating and don't know what you can do or how much it will cost? Eoghan and his team can help you to figure all of this out. Eoghan is a Summer Hill PS dad and is generously donating this prize worth $6,000.

SAVE THE DATE: Spooky Disco 2022! Summer Hill Public School Disco

Mark your calendar, Disco lovers, for Spooky Disco 2022 in the Summer Hill PS School Hall on Friday 4th November.

Junior Disco (K-3) 5 - 6:30 pm
Senior Disco (4-6) 6:30 - 8 pm

It's great to be back to 'shake the planet' this time with a spooky Halloween theme - an opportunity to reuse those Halloween costumes!

We still say 'plastic is drastic!' - help reduce our waste, and avoid single use plastic. Bring your own water bottles, cups and plates for a sustainable spooky disco experience.

We will have some scrumptiously fiendish fare: bogeyman BBQ (including options for vegetarian vampires), ghoulish gelato, spectral sweets and pestilential popcorn. Activities include ghostly glow-in-the-dark face-painting, and of course, a scarily sensational DJ to dance the night away. New this year: a sensory 'safe space' for those who might find the main disco overwhelming.

Come join in the fun if you dare!!

Children must be supervised by their parents at all times at this P&C event.
