Come into our office today to find out more! The MSMSA aims to ensure your University experience extends beyond the lecture theatre.

The Mount St Mary's Student Association works in partnership with the Australian Catholic University to ensure all students have an enriching university experience on Strathfield Campus. The Student Association aims to assist students with building networks that will support them in their time at University. The MSMSA completely managed by the students for the students. We provide a range of opportunities for students to be engaged in such as charity, social and sporting events. The Association hosts a range of small events, and major annual events.

The MSMSA are excited to invite you to a vital session on AED/CPR familiarisation, presented by Heart of the Nation, featuring our special guest, Greg Page, the original Yellow Wiggle!

This event is designed to enhance understanding of cardiac arrest and educate participants on how to respond effectively in real-life scenarios by mastering two essential skills: CPR and AED usage. The primary goal is to boost confidence and empower individuals to act as first responders in various first aid situations. Acquiring knowledge and skills will play a vital role in saving lives!

This course is tailored to students and staff, to empower everyone as a potential first responder!

Date: Monday, 29th April (Week 9)
Time: 11AM-1PM

This is not just an opportunity to learn life-saving skills but also to hear directly from Greg Page, whose advocacy in this field is truly inspiring! There will also be a Q&A component afterwards to ask your questions surrounding these topics!

2 weeks ago, our President (Alex Irby) participated in the World's Greatest Shave on the Strathfield Campus! Our Chaplain, Fr Pawel, was so kind by offering his barber expertise to shave Alex's head! With the help and support of our executive team, committee and Campus Ministry, we were able to raise just over $800 for the Leukaemia Foundation, helping raise awareness of blood cancer!!

Thank you to everyone to helped out and donated on the day, the President's Greatest Shave was a success!!!
