🚨 SKILLED VISA PRIORITY UPDATE 🇦🇺

Being offshore doesn’t automatically mean being left behind.

If your occupation is in a priority industry, your visa application may receive priority consideration under the current skilled visa processing arrangements.

🔨 Construction
👩‍⚕️ Healthcare & Welfare
👩‍🏫 Education & Childcare
🌾 Agriculture, Aquaculture & Fisheries
⛏️ Resources & Mining
⚖️ Law & Enforcement

This can be relevant to visa pathways including:
482 | 186 | 189 | 190 | 491 | 494

But here’s the important part: priority processing does not guarantee a visa grant or invitation. Your occupation, eligibility and individual circumstances still matter.

📲 Not sure where your occupation fits?
Book a consultation with us and let’s map out the most realistic pathway for your situation.

🎓 IT Degree vs Trade Course- which pathway is right for your future in Australia? 🇦🇺

Choosing a course is about more than just what you want to study. If your long-term goal includes skilled migration, your occupation, skills assessment, work experience, points and current visa requirements can all matter.

⚠️ Important: Migration rules, occupation lists, invitation rounds and eligibility requirements can change. There is no guaranteed PR pathway, and your options depend on your individual circumstances.

🚨 NEW SKILLED VISA PROCESSING PRIORITIES

Australia has introduced updated skilled visa processing priorities, with applications connected to key sectors receiving priority under the new arrangements.

The priority sectors include:
🏥 Health Care
🏗️ Construction
🎓 Teaching & Education
👮 Law Enforcement
🪖 Defence
⛏️ Resources
🌾 Agriculture
🐟 Aquaculture
🎣 Fishing

⚠️ Important: Priority processing does not mean automatic visa approval or a guaranteed processing timeframe. Your occupation, visa subclass, eligibility and individual circumstances still matter. Processing times can also fluctuate as the new priorities are implemented.

📌 Could your occupation be affected?

If you’re considering a skilled visa or planning your future migration pathway, it’s important to understand how the current requirements apply to your circumstances.
