We've become aware that someone is contacting local businesses claiming to run a "Welcome Spring with Adelaide Hills Outdoor Playgroup" vendor event on 14 September 2026, using our name and The Old School Community Garden's address to solicit booth fees.

This vendor event is NOT organised or authorised by AHOP or TOSCG. We have no involvement with these emails and have not engaged anyone to solicit vendors on our behalf.

If you've received an email like this, please:
• Do not pay any fees or send business/banking details
• Report it via Scamwatch (scamwatch.gov.au) or ReportCyber (cyber.gov.au)
• Feel free to contact us directly to confirm any event claiming our name

We're sorry this has happened and are following up with the authorities. Please share this to help protect other local businesses.

🌻 Like the garden, we are slowly emerging from Winters hibernation. You can expect to hear more from us as we get closer to our spring events.. and gosh, we can't wait to be back in the garden again with you all 🐞🎋

Please enjoy this blast from the past. Photos from one of our events 8 years ago 💞. Lucky for us we still get to see some of these faces (now looking a little older) when they come with their younger siblings to school holidays events.

Time spent in nature really is for all ages 🍂

With the rain we’ve had today, and more forecast for tomorrow, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel tomorrow’s event.

Unfortunately, the paths and logs can become quite slippery after this much rain, and with so many young children and pregnant women attending, we want to ensure everyone’s safety. The wellbeing of our attendees and volunteers is incredibly important to us, and we appreciate your understanding ❤️

All ticket holders have been notified via email, and refunds have now been processed.

We’re hopeful we may be able to squeeze in one more playgroup on the 15th of June before our winter break 🤞.

We only 3 sessions before our Winter break left.

We are getting ready to return to our magical garden to enjoy the last month of Summer and welcome in Autumn.
