BUILDING PROJECT | We are excited to announce that Q Construction has been awarded the contract for our building project. Q Construction have successfully completed several projects in and around Stawell.
We look forward to our new classroom, update of existing rooms and facilities as well as a major playground update guided by Energy Architecture Mildura.

DOBCEL is pleased to welcome the appointment of Father Mark Freeman as the next Bishop of Ballarat.

As the Diocese looks forward to this new chapter, DOBCEL also expresses sincere gratitude for the faithful leadership of Bishop Paul Bird CSsR, who has served the diocesan community with wisdom and care since 2012.

Bishop Paul will continue as Apostolic Administrator until Bishop-elect Freeman is installed. We give thanks for his years of service and join the Diocese in prayer for Father Mark as he prepares for his ordination as Bishop.
