Be prepared for this Saturday where we will undertake a trip to the heart of Brisbane - The Story Bridge! 🕺

Built during the Great Depression, the Story Bridge is the largest steel bridge designed, fabricated and constructed in Australia by Australians. This will be a day paddle from our club shed to the bridge, where we will see an angle of the city rarely seen by pedestrians 🤯

We will have some lunch and coffee in the city before returning to our shed.

Time: 9:44am - 5pm
Distance: 18km total with tidal assistance

Our first market paddle of the year is being held THIS SATURDAY! 💃🍰🌸☀️

This will be a social paddle from our shed to the West End Markets and back again.

This paddle will be a great chance to catch up with members and meet new ones. There will be time to do some shopping at the markets and to have some snacks together. From farm fresh produce and handcrafted unique wares - There is something for everyone!

We had a wonderful day on our recent trip to the upper Brisbane river, ‘sessioning’ some small Grade 1 and 2 rapids in our ‘Intro to Whitewater’ series!
