Meet Anthony, our StretchLab St Leonards Member of the Month.

Anthony started coming in after feeling stiff from an airplane flight, and now makes assisted stretching part of his weekly routine with a 50-minute stretch once a week.

Since starting, he has noticed more flexibility, looser hips and better movement in daily life. He has also learned new ways to stretch areas he did not realise were tight.
