After 20 years of service here at Pelican Point Long Day Care Centre the time has come for me to retire and move on to a much more relaxing lifestyle.

I have absolutely loved my time here at the centre and being part of this amazing community. I am sure I will feel the loss of walking away from a huge part of who I am as a person but know it my heart I need to take time, to breath and to stop and smell the roses.

To everyone that has been part of my rewarding and fulfilling journey over my two decades of service....thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My last day will be this Thursday the 23/5/24.

Traineeship Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care – 18 month contract

We are 57 place Early Childhood Care and Education Centre in St Georges Basin. We cater for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and are open from 7am-6pm .

We are seeking a motivated trainee who has a genuine interest in working with young children to join our team and to assist us with providing high quality care and education and also with the effective operation of our service.

Throughout employment you would be well supported and mentored by both experienced and qualified team members.

We should also mention that the children and the families that you would be working with are lovely! We have strong relationships with our families who are very appreciative and work in partnership with our educators.

It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas. Today has been fun exploring finger painting, getting creative to decorate baubles.
The children enjoyed hearing the story the Christmas story Rudolph.
There is lots of discussions about what Santa shall like to eat.
EYLF LOC 2.2 these children explore the diversity of culture, heritage, back grounds and tradition of our culture.

Now that Covid has eased a little we are ready to increase our team. We are a privately owned 56 place Early Childhood Care and Education Centre in St Georges Basin. We cater for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and are open from 7am-6pm Monday to Friday 52 weeks per year bar public holidays. We are seeking a school leaver trainee to join our team and to assist us with providing high quality care and education and also with the effective operation of our service.
