Our voice connects us to so many aspects of our physical and mental health. I am now offering voice sessions for adults that aim to support you to:
🎶 Explore using your voice for emotional release
🎶 Create your own tones by connecting within, letting go of how you ‘should’ sound
🎶 Use your voice to move stagnant energy in the body
🎶 Embrace your version of creativity by moving through and letting go of self judgement or critique
🎶 Have fun, let your voice be heard and find how singing can heal
🎶 Use your singing voice as breathwork
🎶 Use singing for relaxation and supporting the nervous system

This is Jeremy! I have of course sent photos of him to all of my students too 🥰 The transition to being a mum of 2 has been a big one! I’m very much looking forward to my students meeting him 💓

I have had many different hats this year including a busy doula schedule, mothering and music tutoring. I always wanted to create a life where my work was my passion, and teaching music is a huge part of this. Receiving feedback like this reminds me of the power of creativity and how much students truly flourish when they feel like their lessons are autonomous and fun! I’ll miss these two beautiful students lots until I’m back from maternity leave 🥰

I have been so quiet on here! Oops! Working as a doula as well as teaching music keeps me busy 😆 I am however opening up some spaces for Term 3! Usually I do not take on many students as I cater to students very individually to ensure their music experience is one of richness. Since shifting a little more out of my ‘day job’ of high school teaching and into working in my businesses, I now have some extra lesson spots available 🙌 Let me know if you’re interested in a trial lesson to see if I’m the right tutor for you or your family member 😌

How many guitars is too many? 🤔

I love playing music outside 😍 Something about sunshine, fresh air and sounds creates an abundance of rejuvenation. Where do you play music? Where do you sing?

Singing is so cleansing and beautiful for the soul 💕 In my lessons we focus way more on expression, and finding your own unique voice, than focusing on technique. You don’t need to be able to belt or sing the highest notes, no one has the voice you have.

My beautiful long-term guitar and vocal student gifted me this hand-painted Christmas card. Her artwork and her words truly mean so much to me.
