Faithful leadership is sustained not only by vision and competence, but by the inner formation of the leader. Through stories, Scripture, and practical frameworks, Nathan will guide Christian school leaders through themes of self-awareness, emotional maturity, attentiveness to God, and the habits and inner narratives that shape culture, decision-making, and relationships.

This interactive dinner workshop will include teaching, small group reflection, shared insights, and a practical call to action, helping leaders consider the personal commitments that will strengthen their leadership and communities.

At the 2026 ACS Leadership Summit, Kara Martin will help us explore the difference between mission drift and theological drift, and why both matter for Christian education today.

Drawing on a case study with Christian schools, Kara will guide leaders through practical ways organisations can stay faithful, including ACS’s newly launched Keeping Faith in Christian Schools rubric.

Kara will also speak on vocation, helping us consider how schools can become centres of calling for staff, students, and the wider community.

Join us for the ACS Marketing Symposium with Alison Cooke, CEO and Founder of Wild Hive, as she explores faith-informed marketing and communications in Christian schools.

Ali brings more than 20 years’ experience in senior marketing, communications, brand and event management, strategy, public relations and business consultancy, with extensive work across the education sector in Australia and internationally.

This session will invite school leaders and marketing teams to consider how every touchpoint communicates identity, community and flourishing, and how school values, ethos and spiritual formation can be embodied through storytelling rather than simply advertised.

Today we hosted our School Governance Masterclass, bringing together school board members and principals committed to strengthening Christ-centred school leadership.

Under the theme “Synergistic Leadership: How Boards and Executive Leadership Serving Together Make for Amazing Schools,” the day created space for honest conversations around led by Dr Steve Bagi, Alistair Macpherson and Matthew Fletcher in sessions including:
• Relationships Between Boards & Principals
• Top 10 Barriers to Board Effectiveness
• Strengthening our Foundation: Community Governance for Christian Schools

It was especially encouraging to see leaders engaging deeply, not just in theory, but in real, practical steps to better serve their school communities
