National Science Week | This week, our celebrated National Science Week with a range of activities across the College, including experiments, demonstrations and presentations. We also welcomed herpetologist and author Steve Wilson, as well as Turrbal Dippil, who shared their knowledge of culture, bush tucker and seeds. Music Presentation Assembly | Today, our were treated to a showcase of talent from our Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Waterford String Orchestra, Terrace Choir and Terrace Jazz Orchestra. The Assembly also recognised the achievements of our musicians, with the presentation of Music badges, QCMF Excellence Awards and the Australian Percussion Competition National Prize.

Over four decades, the generosity of the has helped shape the College by supporting exceptional facilities, the Bursary Program and opportunities for generations of young Terracians. The evening was an opportunity to acknowledge the impact of philanthropy and recognise those whose support continues to strengthen Terrace for future generations.

Worldโs Greatest Shave | There was plenty of buzz around campus as the came together for this yearโs Worldโs Greatest Shave. Surrounded by mates, family and staff, our braved the clippers in support of the Leukaemia Foundation, with hair hitting the floor and an incredible $131,670 raised. This extraordinary result reflects the generosity and spirit of our Terrace community and will help support a great cause. A huge thank you to everyone who donated, supported and shaved. โค๏ธ๐ค
