🎉 NATGAT starts today!🇦🇺

The wait is over! Our instructors and members of the Brisbane Parkour community are heading to Sydney for the 20th Australian Parkour National Gathering.

It's going to be an incredible weekend filled with training, challenges, workshops, and catching up with the parkour community from across Australia.

👕 Parkour: It's Always On shirts will also be available throughout the weekend for $40. If you'd like one, see Vincent to grab yours while stock lasts!

🏃 Speed Run Competition Results! 🏆

Last week, we held our Parkour Speed Competition, and it was fantastic to see so many members of our community stepping up to give it a go while cheering each other on. The supportive atmosphere and great sportsmanship made for an awesome afternoon!

Congratulations to our podium finishers:
🥇 1st Place: Zahn at 10.70 seconds
🥈 2nd Place: Harry at 10.83 seconds
🥉 3rd Place: Fraser at 11.90 seconds

A huge thank you to everyone who competed, volunteered, and came along to support the event. We can't wait for the next one!

👧 Kids Class Update👦

Please note that there will be no Kids Class for the next two Saturdays, starting next week as Vincent will be away.

Kids classes will resume as normal once Vincent returns.

In two weeks' time, over the weekend of 10 October, our instructors and many members of the Brisbane Parkour Association community will be heading to Sydney to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Australian Parkour National Gathering (NATGAT).

NATGAT is Australia's largest annual parkour gathering, bringing together practitioners from across the country to train, learn, and celebrate our amazing community.

Our Kids Class will still be running as usual this Saturday.

Once class finishes, we encourage all our kids and families head over to Carl St Park and watch the speed competition. It's a fantastic opportunity to see experienced athletes in action, support our parkour community, and get inspired!

📢 Riverfire this Saturday - Class changes! ✈

🏃Kids class

Due to Riverfire, this Saturday's kids class will be held at Carl Street Parkour Park. Vincent will be letting everyone know on Saturday morning.

📅 This Saturday only

We'll be back at our usual training location the following week.

🤸‍♀️ First timers & Fundamentals class

Our First Timers and Fundamentals classes will remain at their usual training location. However, depending on conditions, we may finish the session at a different location to watch the Riverfire jets fly overhead! ✈️

We'll let everyone know before class starts if our finish location changes.

With road closures and increased traffic expected, please allow yourself plenty of extra travel time to get to class.

🏃 Ekka S&C. 🏃

Ekka S&C Wednesday is returning for another round this year!

Meeting at Memorial Park (South Brisbane side of the Goodwill Bridge) at 5PM sharp, we'll be finishing near the Ekka grounds (RBWH multilevel carpark) for the fireworks around 8PM.

This is a free community-run session designed for Strength and conditioning. We will jog from location to location, not more than 1-2 km between each, so it's broken into shorter legs.
