Welcome to The Aleph Garden! 👋🌾 We are a busy family of 7—a homeschooling, homesteading mama and husband with our 5 children ( still home, +3 adult children) and we are grateful you found us.
When we named our page, we weren't just thinking about the physical seeds we plant in the dirt. In Hebrew, Aleph represents strength, foundations, and putting God first. To us, our family is our primary ministry. Our lifestyle is the rich soil we use to nurture it.
We believe that tending our family garden goes far beyond caring for our land. It is a daily, intentional rhythm of stewarding our bodies, our home, and our children's hearts to honor God.
The physical things you will see us doing here are just the outward expressions of that stewardship:
🌾 Grinding our own wheat berries for fresh, warm bread
✨ Fermenting gut healthy foods and cooking from scratch
🌿 Crafting clean, natural skin and body care products
🌱 Planting orchards and growing as much of our own food as we can
Living a health-conscious lifestyle can feel completely overwhelming in today's world. That’s exactly why we are here. We want to bridge that gap, break things down, and show you that returning to these roots can be simple, joyful, and possible—even with a big, busy family.
We welcome you into our daily rhythms. We want you to have a front-row seat as you watch our garden flourish, and we hope it inspires you to cultivate your own.
