Are you looking for a play based, early childhood learning experience for your 3-5 year old?

Possums Playschool is located in the leafy suburb of Spence, and operates 9.20am to 2:20pm Monday to Thursday during the ACT School Terms.

Parents can choose for their child/children to attend one or multiple sessions a week and sessions are $64 per child, per day.

We are hosting the Bunnings BBQ today (Saturday 27 August 2022) at Belconnen raising some much needed funds to get more storage to help organise and store the ever expanding the fun we have at Possums Playschool day after day 🥳

Did you know that we have opened a Thursday session (9.20am - 2:20pm)? If you have always been interested in trying a playschool but couldn't make our other sessions then please complete an online enquiry form through our website (https://possumsplayschool.org.au/enrol-with-us/) and we will be in contact.

Our program operates for 3-5 year olds and is a wonderful step into preschool. Our Possums enjoy a wide range of activities and learn lots of new skills in a fun-filled and playful environment.

We have also opened our enrolment list for 2023, so get in early.

Are you worried about putting your child into out of home care because they are not fully toilet trained?

We have limited vacancies for all of our sessions Monday to Wednesday for 2022, so it is best to get in contact quickly.

Possums Playschool provides quality early childhood education for 3-5 year old children led by a qualified and well-respected team of educators. We are licensed for up to a maximum of 20 children a day, with a minimum of two carers. The program at Possums is varied and child-centered, offering both free and directed play experiences. Our aim at Possums is to foster independence, enhance a range of skills, create relationships between peers and families, to learn through play and importantly, have fun!

Possums operates Monday to Wednesday (9:20am-2:20pm) during the ACT school terms which makes us a great option if you have an older child at school, if your child is new to out of home care or perhaps you are looking for a transition between daycare and preschool. We provide a great foundation to the structure and routines of Preschool while still enjoying ourselves. Sessions are $59 per day, with a non-refundable, one-off $100 enrolment fee (and we don't charge for public holidays, so Mondays may be a slightly cheaper option depending on the number of public holidays in a term).

We have a magical Floriade fairy, or perhaps a whole fantasy of fairies 🧚‍♀️

The thing we love most about our Floriade garden is when our extended community joins in. Last year we had a few colourful additions pop up and it appears to be happening again this year.

It is certainly a mystery, but we love it 🥳
