Science week kicking off in the Junior Kindy Room - herbs for making potions and shaving cream to make coloured clouds

Senior Toddlers experimented with bi carb and vinegar. Making the bi carb bubble when the vinegar and coloured mixture came into contact.

The children shared idea, discussed their creations and used their imaginations to describe the magical properties of their potions.
This experience encouraged creativity, curiosity and exploration whilst supporting children's developing communication, social and problem-solving skills.
