Another great morning of karate!!!! First with the junior class and then a solid senior class working on combinations / partner drills & kata with the seniors also covering Meikyo for something different. Osu🥋⛩

Fantastic morning of karate. Early junior class had a ball and trained well. The senior class had a great class of Kihon combinations, bag and contact work and finished off with kata. Awesome class that everyone loved. Thanks Sensei Chris for taking the time to come down from Brisbane. Everyone really appreciates it. Osu⛩🥋🙏
