📱 Screen Time in the Early Years:

Like many things, screen time has both benefits and challenges.

Benefits: Supports learning, creativity, communication and connection when using quality, age-appropriate content.

Challenges: Too much screen time can reduce opportunities for play, physical activity, social interaction and sleep, and may impact attention and language development.

The goal isn't to eliminate screens—it's to find a healthy balance by choosing quality content and making time for play, movement, conversation and connection.
