Talking about what we want as if it’s already happening, helps to create the emotions needed to attract in the desired outcome. The emotions create the momentum to bring forth the end result.

The problem is, most of us are out of tune with our feelings. We barely know how we feel most of the time!

Get attuned to your emotions. Notice shifts, mood changes and readjust accordingly! Do whatever you have to do to stay or get back in alignment.

No matter how much you “do” to bring your end result/goal to you, you’re essentially pushing your desired outcome away, unless you take action while you’re in alignment.

Alignment is the key, first and foremost and your only “job” is to take care of that. Vibration is everything.

Who would’ve ever thought that in our darkness our wounds would be the very way the light reached us?

7 years ago I was given a book called “The Secret” when I was going through a difficult life circumstance. Little did I know then, that this was the beginning of my awakening.

The more I learn about life, about my body, my mind and my soul, about God and reality, and about my own intuitive and creative power, the more I realise that I am only ever scratching the surface.

Studying myself as an individual soul but also as part of the universal soul will be an eternal practice of mine. As will teaching and sharing any knowledge I receive.

So many layers to the onion, so many aha moments, golden nuggets, so much discomfort, so much growth!

I wouldn’t have it any other way!

The thing about this journey is, once the door is opened, there is no going back. You cannot unsee, or unhear or un-know what you discover!

Training our mind to visualise and imagine positive outcomes can take some practice. I remember a time where the only thoughts I would have were anxious ones about everything that could possibly go wrong.

Don’t get me wrong, I still get those thoughts but because I focus my energy each day consciously imagining the future, I can quickly notice the negative thoughts and revert to my bank of fantasies about the future. I always choose the better feeling thought!! Thoughts create our feelings and our feelings are responsible for attracting in our realities. This is why learning to use your imagination for creating positive thoughts is important!

Faith was something I kind of always had, no matter how bad things got, but of course, each time something works out, or manifests, I bank those memories too and constantly remind myself that there is no doubt that whatever it is I want or need WILL come to me! I have come to realise, however, that I can’t control the timing of things. That seems like divine intervention to me. Whatever I want always comes at EXACTLY the right time, EXACTLY when I need it to come and only ever after I’ve “let go” of the attachment to the outcome. (This is another art that can take time to perfect!)

So with that, start training the muscle of your imagination (it is honestly like a muscle!) and start banking and reliving every positive memory where something you wanted came true to reinforce your faith! These are vital as part of your manifesting toolkit!

We are coming into week 5 of our breathwork classes. If you didn’t join at the start, but are curious to try, you can come along to any class. Sessions cost $25 or €15. No previous experience needed-just an open mind and the breathwork will do the rest!
