🥚🚀 Egg Drop Challenge!

Some snaps of 5/K’s egg drop creations before the carnage last term!💥🥚

As part of their Science unit, students have been investigating gravity, forces and air resistance. They put their learning to the test by designing and building structures to protect their eggs from a fall.

There was plenty of creativity, problem-solving and excitement as we put our designs to the ultimate test!

The big question… which eggs survived the drop? 🤔🥚

We are looking forward to welcoming our students back next Tuesday. Staff will be onsite next Monday. We hope all our families are enjoying the sun 🌞 in our beautiful town!

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Stage 3 Amazing Race! 🗺️🔎

Yesterday, Stage 3 enjoyed an action-packed South West Rocks–themed Amazing Race morning! 🌊☀️

Students from 4/5W and 5/6D put their creativity to work designing and running a range of exciting challenge checkpoints. Students from 5/6K and 6M then raced their way through the course, completing each challenge before receiving a clue to help them find their next checkpoint! 🧩💪

It was a fantastic morning filled with teamwork, problem-solving, persistence and plenty of fun!

A huge congratulations to our award winners who showed outstanding effort throughout the Amazing Race! 🏆👏🌟

Well done to everyone involved in making the morning such a success! 💙

We’ve just wrapped up our final stop for the day and are headed back to our accommodation for a delicious dinner 🍽️ and some lively bush dancing 💃🕺! It’s been an action-packed day filled with unforgettable moments. We kicked things off by visiting the AIS 🏟️, explored fascinating exhibits at the National Museum 🏛️, discovered the history at the Mint 💰, and finished with an inspiring walk along ANZAC Parade 🇦🇺🌳. So many memories have been made today—what a fantastic adventure! 🌟😊
