What a beautiful afternoon celebrating our wonderful dads and father figures! ☀️💙

With the sun shining, our children enjoyed playing, sharing fun activities and spending special time with the important people in their lives. There was plenty of delicious food, smiles, laughter and lots of happy moments.

Hosting afternoon teas for our families is always so special. Thank you to everyone who joined us today and for being such a wonderful part of our Little Learners family. 💙

Happy Educators’ Day to our incredible team

Today is a day to celebrate the beautiful, sometimes messy, incredibly rewarding work that our educators do every single day.

To our educators — thank you.

Thank you for the cuddles, the comfort, the laughter, the patience and the endless “why?” questions. Thank you for getting down on the floor, wiping the tears, celebrating the little victories and turning ordinary moments into meaningful learning experiences.

Thank you for seeing the child behind the behaviour. For noticing the quiet child who needs a little extra encouragement. For celebrating every child’s uniqueness and making them feel like they belong.

But most of all, thank you for the heart you bring to this profession.

Early childhood education is so much more than a job. We have the privilege of being trusted with the most precious little people in families’ lives — and the impact we have on them can last a lifetime.

Some days are challenging. Some days are exhausting. And some days remind us exactly why we chose this beautiful profession. Through it all, you continue to show up, care deeply, support one another and give our children the very best of yourselves.

I am incredibly proud of the team we have built.

Michelle recently held a Quality Improvement meeting with our team, focusing on Quality Area 1 – Educational Program and Practice.

We discussed areas we can improve, shared ideas and looked at ways we can continue providing a high-quality program for our children. It was a great and productive meeting with the whole team!

Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate a wonderful milestone: 10 years of Yuko being part of our family.

Over the past decade, Yuko has brought so much warmth, care and dedication to our centre. Her commitment to the children, families and her fellow educators has made her such a valued part of our Little Learners community.

Ten years is an incredible achievement and a beautiful reflection of the many children and families whose lives Yuko has been part of along the way.

Community Garden Working Bee Cancelled

Due to the forecasted rain tomorrow, we have made the decision to cancel our Community Garden Working Bee scheduled for tomorrow.

Thank you to everyone who planned on attending and supporting this special initiative. We truly appreciate your enthusiasm and support, and we look forward to rescheduling the event very soon when the weather is a little kinder to us.
