Cafe/Retail plus kitchen all-rounder (incl possible cheap accommodation if required)

The Chocolate Mill (located 5km from Daylesford) is looking for 1 staff member to join their busy cafe/retail team plus learn to make & package hand-crafted chocolates in our kitchen.

Applicants will be trialled for 3 days prior to being successful.

Applicants may be provided with fully-furnished accommodation for the duration of their employment at the Chocolate Mill. ($300 per week for a 2 bedroom cottage alone or $200 per week if sharing)

Job tasks involve serving in our busy cafe or retail shop (including making coffees & hot chocolates), plus learning to help make & pack our award-winning hand-crafted chocolates.

Suitable applicants would preferably have coffee-making/Barista or customer service experience, although not essential as we train staff in all areas (including chocolate making).

We are looking for friendly & confident team members who are willing to learn.

Weekday & weekend day shifts are available. Successful applicants will live within 45 minutes of the Chocolate Mill or will relocate to the local area (including being offered accommodation).

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $27.23 – $39.16 per hour plus public holiday rates.
