Aged care isn't one size fits all. In Australia, support comes in a few different forms: home care, residential care, respite care, and restorative care, each designed to meet different needs.

Behind all of it is a skilled workforce, and that's where Selmar comes in.

Meet Alexander, one of our recent graduates who completed his Certificate III in Individual Support, with guidance and support from his trainer Cris, every step of the way. Congratulations Alexander on this incredible milestone. ✨

There's nothing quite like celebrating a milestone in person.

Last month, the Selmar team packed up and headed to Wagga Wagga to celebrate our Certificate III in Individual Support cohort, a group of trainees who have worked hard to build real skills for real careers in ageing support.

Seeing the pride on their faces made the trip more than worth it. These are the moments that remind us why we do this.

Thank you to - Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care for partnering with us to bring this cohort to life. And to every trainee who completed the course, congratulations. Your community is lucky to have you. ✨
