Had an awesome time at Refresh and Recover today! 🔥❄️

After a tough Aqua workout this morning, the sauna and ice baths were exactly what the body needed. Safe to say we all left feeling refreshed... no pun intended! 😄

Even better was sharing the experience with such a fantastic Aqua community. Great people, great conversations, and an even better atmosphere. Recovery is always better when you can enjoy it with an amazing crew.
