Geelong Pilot VR are finally seeking an enthusiastic full time employee to help us roll out a commercial FPV facility. Pilot VR was due to open in 2020 but some virus got in our way. 🤯
Now we are ready to give this amazing product a red hot crack.

• Strong Customer service/People skills
• Strong knowledge in drone hardware particularly tiny hawk/whoop drones
• Good computer skills
• Good course visual concepts and ideas

See below our employment offer to you.

• Starting Full time Grade 5 Amusement & recreation award position with a base wage of $46K- $55K depending on experience, plus super.
• KPI bonuses to apply if targets are reached with pilot sessions, Birthday parties & Stem programs, paid quarterly.
• Starting hours will be Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday & Tuesday RDO’s
• Build a culture that is positive with clients & staff members
• Assist the team with the day to day operations, building a safe environment & templating procedures.
• Build a strong customer service mentality: strong focus on providing high level service to existing customers, as well as attracting and engaging new members through referrals and lead generation
• Maintain a marketing & sales strategy to reach our first goal of 2000 sessions a quarter & ongoing targets
• Provide input on weekly reports on financials, membership growth/decline, safety & maintenance reports
• Support the build/sell of merchandise, children’s birthday parties, League systems, Cup nights
• Support SOP’s for conflict resolution, staff training, WHS & OHS policies, database maintenance, CRM procedures & set up pack down procedures, POS processing & reconciliation
• Work with the team on the development of Stem Programs
• Work with the team on Social media engagement & Internal marketing campaigns, website management & simulator rollout
• Financial reports
