What if healing didn’t require words at all?
This is bilateral drawing. One of the most powerful techniques used in art therapy. Drawing the same movement with both hands simultaneously activates both hemispheres of the brain at once, calming the amygdala and reducing anxiety in real time. All you need is two pens and a piece of paper.
