Sorry to delay posting about the State Final of the older competitions.
The 9/10 Competition was won by the School from the Gold Coast region, St Hilda's School in a very close race. So close in fact, it required a tie break to split the top two teams. They performed admirably as did the second place getters, the team representing the Somerset-Lockyer region, Fairholme College.
Townsville Grammar came a very close third, but unfortunately we don't have a picture of that team. But we are trying to track one down.
This was our very first 'in real life' competition for this age group. It was all initiated by students who asked for this. With ten regions competing it's build quickly and enthusiastically.
Congratulations to all students involved.
