First day back to training. Observing the social distancing regulations. Great to be back, huge thanks to Matt and all the work done by the SMAC crew in getting the Dojo to the required standards. Great to see students back on the mats

As the Government has now closed all gyms until further notice, training will cease at SMAC. We hope that this will be a short term exercise and that Matt and the team at SMAC are not put under prolonged strain. Matt has set his guys an online training task to help keep students skills up. My students have Sword that they can practice (mind the light fittings) and Paul & Ania can carry on training together at home. The rest of you can of course practice your techniques in Kata Form or with your respective partners (if they will let you). Will call each of you over the next few days, Stay well and safe. Hi all, just letting you know - The next grading will be held on Wed 12th December, If you wish to grade you need to be training every session available to you. This Friday I am teaching in Frankston but the following week I will be there Wed & Fri. lets put the work in and do a great grading.
