Thank you to all the Dads, Grandparents, Mums, Aunts, Uncles and Siblings for joining us today for a special morning of training to celebrate Father’s Day !!

It brought smiles to all our faces seeing everyone on the mats, teaching each other, having a laugh, and creating some great memories together!

We hope you all have a fantastic weekend with your families. Take the time to appreciate the people who support you, encourage you and make life a little better.

8:30 - 9am: Martial Arts Fitness class (16+)
9:00- 9:45am: Little Dragons classes (5 - 8 years)
9:45 - 10:30am: Kids classes (9 - 12 years)
10:00 - 11:00am: Krav Maga (Adult self defence)
10:30 - 11:30am: Teens classes (13 - 16 years)

19-20th Sept - National BJMA Muay Thai training weekend, hosted at SMAC! 🇹🇭💥

Over two action-packed days, you will dive deep into the technical brilliance, physical power, and ancient traditions of Muay Thai.

“Is this event right for my age and fitness level?” Absolutely. We train hard, but we train smart. We are running three simultaneous streams. Our world-class coaches break the room down by experience and age (including dedicated 35+ brackets).

Plus, with built-in modules on elite fighter recovery, injury strapping, and tactical off-mat skills, you can customize your weekend to perfectly suit your body’s needs.

You control your weekend. Pick and choose from elite-level modules running across multiple rings and a dedicated non-physical tactical room.

All levels are welcome and encouraged!

August is going to be an awesome month for our Boxers! They've all been working super hard, getting in extra sparring and Saturday morning sessions and we can't wait to see them all compete!

On Saturday the 29th of August - Silvio is fighting in the Masters Comp at Shoppingtown Hotel, Doncaster!
Doors open at 5pm.
Tickets are $60 and can be purchased at reception via cash or bank transfer to Silvio.

On Sunday 30th Luke, Tyler, and Jack are competing in the interclub at Hammers Gym in Nunawading!
They should be on from 2pm onwards.
Spectators tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the door.
Hopefully we can get a big crew there to cheer them on!
